These Terms of Service govern your use of Zoodle, and any related services provided by Untitled Media, Inc.
By downloading and using Zoodle, a children's iPhone app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Zoodle.
Zoodle provides educational and entertaining content for children. The app does not require user accounts, ensuring a safe and private experience for young users.
Since Zoodle does not use accounts, we do not store or collect any personal information.
We use only anonymized app analytics to analyze app performance and usage.
Zoodle offers a monthly subscription service.
Payments are processed through Apple’s in-app payment system.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Zoodle is designed for nice people, and we expect all users to behave respectfully within the app.
Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Zoodle app.
Any tampering with the app’s functionalities, especially those related to subscription and payment, is strictly forbidden.
Users are granted the right to use, modify, and distribute Zoodle content in any way they wish.
All content in Zoodle is intended to be age-appropriate for children.
While we strive to ensure the appropriateness of the content, we cannot be held liable for any content generated by our technology that may be deemed inappropriate.
Users are permitted to reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works from any Zoodle content.
Zoodle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Zoodle and the materials in Zoodle are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, Untitled Media, Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Untitled Media, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use Zoodle, or any other services provided by Untitled Media, Inc. or the materials in Zoodle, even if Untitled Media, Inc. or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.
In the context of this agreement, “consequential loss” includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or otherwise.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of Zoodle after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your right to use Zoodle and these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service.
Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
